ART Rezidence received a total of three prizes in the Construction of the Year 2013 competition! [06.09.2013]

At yesterday evening’s nomination event for the nationwide Construction of the Year 2013 competition, ART Rezidence Střížkov received a total of three prestigious awards – the most for any of this year’s constructions: the Prize of the Union of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic, the Prize of the State Fund for Housing Development, and a nomination for the title of Construction of the Year 2013. We are very happy to have received these extraordinary awards from the expert public for the value and quality of our project, and we appreciate them very much. The nationwide Construction of the Year 2013 competition is held under the patronage of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of the Environment, and other professional institutions.

Project presentation

ART REZIDENCE STŘÍŽKOV is an architecturally unique residential project with 63 apartments situated in 13 storeys progressively receding on both sides. Thanks to two years of intensive work by architects and specialised project designers, a unique work of art has emerged, enhanced by an original colour scheme for the façade with a gradual transition from the green of the lower storeys into the blue of the top storeys.

The individual floors, of which no two are the same, contain apartments ranging in size from one-room studios to four-room apartments. The apartments here are atypical yet undoubtedly functional, with superior amenities and views of Prague corresponding to the height and position of the building. Parking spaces and cellars in the building’s underground floors are included in the project as a matter of course.
