The company Střížkovská s.r.o. was established exclusively for realising the project ART REZIDENCE STŘÍŽKOV.
Its shareholders have completed a number of major projects, of which the most recent was the REZIDENČNÍ BYDLENÍ HOŘÍNECKÁ project. The success of this project does not lie merely in the fact that all apartments were sold prior to the project’s realisation, but in particular in the satisfaction of our clients even two years after handover of the apartments as well as their willingness to enter into another project with us. We are happy to provide letters of reference from our clients upon request.
As a small developer with its own capital, we are not under pressure to meet planned turnover targets in the construction of apartments. This gives us time and space to find and create only very attractive projects. This involves not only finding an excellent site, which is certainly a key prerequisite, but also the personal approach of the company’s owners in all phases of the project’s development, especially with regard to clients. One of the company’s owners is the manager of the entire project, while the other two are personally devoted to each of our clients. This is why we are realising only one project, to which we devote 100 %. In terms of economic profit, we have a long-term philosophy; we are concerned about a client’s satisfaction not only when signing the Purchase Contract, but also after several years of living in the new apartment. The value of this for us cannot be overlooked. This is why we do not select our project partners according to price but according to their professional expertise and moral principles. These are top companies in their fields. The same is true for the selection of individual materials and technologies for our own work, where quality and durability are the priority and not just price.
