Reservation
A preliminary reservation is free of charge, non-binding and valid for a period of five business days. During this period it is necessary for you to confirm your interest in the purchase by signing the Reservation Contract. This period can be used to negotiate financing options.
The reservation fee is CZK 200,000 and is part of the purchase price of the apartment. It is also the first instalment under the payment schedule contained in the Agreement on a Future Purchase Contract. After signing the Reservation Contract, the client shall pay the reservation fee within three business days.
Agreement on a Future Purchase Contract
Subsequently, the client will be asked to sign the Agreement on a Future Purchase Contract. Within ten business days after signing the Agreement on a Future Purchase Contract, the client shall pay the second instalment in the amount of 20 %, less the amount the previously paid reservation fee.
Purchase Contract
After construction is complete and the building has received occupancy/use permit, the client will be asked to pay the remainder of the purchase price in the amount of 80 %. After the full purchase price has been paid, the Purchase Contract will be signed. After the signing of the Purchase Contract, the apartment will be handed over to the client and a motion for the entry of the Purchase Contract will be filed with the relevant Real Estate Cadastre.
